Terms & Conditions

Før tjenester kan kjøpes hos CrossFit Harstad, må vedkommende først bekrefte at hun/han ikke har noen fysiske begrensninger som hindrer hun/han fra deltakelse. Vedkommende godtar å overholde de regler og bestemmelser som gjelder hos CrossFit Harstad, og erkjenner at disse regler og bestemmelser kan endres fra tid til annen. Vedkommende som kjøper og bruker tjenester hos CrossFit Harstad, fraskriver CrossFit Harstad, eierne, styremedlemmer, ledere og alle ansatte, alt ansvar når det gjelder 1) skader på deg selv eller andre 2) tap eller skader på personlige eiendeler. Ved kjøp av tjenester som skal betales ved flere avdrag, samtykker vedkommende at slike avdrag belastes automatisk dens konto på den dato som er angitt i kontrakten.

Returns & Refunds

Ved evt feil belastning kan deler eller hele beløpet tilbakebetales til det aktuelle kortet beløpet ble belastet fra. Kontakt hos ved en evt slik hendelse.

​We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website: www.crossfitharstad.com, on our cloud based management software provided by Mindbody Inc: www.mindbodyonline.com, on our training analytics provider, Beyond The Whiteboard: www.beyondthewhiteboard.com, and our online store: shop.spreadshirt.no/crossfitharstad. In addition, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile provided on any of these platforms.

How do we collect it?

When you conduct a transaction on our website or on that of a service provider (send a message through a contact form, purchase a product in our store, or create a profile), as part of the process, personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address is collected. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to link our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com or any of our other service providers, and used by our company, adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and our service providers.
